Fan controller with thermostat

Switches a ventilation system dependent on the ambient temperature. This equipment furthermore can operate the exhauster on adjustable load, e.g. 20%, to grant a continuous exhaust. If the area exceeds then the temperature set on the thermostat, the equipment switches the exhaust to full load until the desired temperature is reached again.
